Sanofi is recalling the above batch for Taxotere (docetaxel) concentrate for solution for infusion 80mg/4ml.
This is due to a software failure while this batch was being filled which resulted in the evaporation of ethanol from some of the vials. Therefore, there is an increase in the concentration of the active ingredient, docetaxel, per vial in this batch.
