The Centre for Pharmacy Postgraduate Education (CPPE) has launched their leadership school programme for 2016; a four-day residential programme in London, Leeds, Manchester or Bristol.

The programme is available to any pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a leadership role who wishes to enhance their current skills and behaviours to increase workplace productivity and improve patient outcomes.

The course will offer individual learning, group-based activities and discussions that promote self-awareness and reflections to identify strengths and development needs.

Various topics will be covered, such as leadership styles, conflict resolution and giving and receiving feedback.

The course will be delivered in three blocks over a 12-week period and is mapped to the NHS Healthcare Leadership Model.

Dates, venues and course fee details are available on the CPPE website.
