The Royal Pharmaceutical Society has revealed the results of the 2016 National Pharmacy Board elections.
England Pharmacy Board
The five candidates elected to the English Pharmacy Board are as follows:
- David Branford
- Elizabeth Butterfield
- Sharon Isobel ‘Sibby’ Buckle
- David Carter
- Tracey Thornley
Please note: All candidates were elected to ‘any sector’ places, as from 2016 the English Pharmacy Board has no sectoral places in its elections.
Scotland Pharmacy Board
The three candidates elected to the Scottish Pharmacy Board are as follows:
- John McAnaw
- Kathleen Cowle
- Johnathan Laird
Welsh Pharmacy Board
The three candidates elected to the Welsh Pharmacy Board are as follows:
- Sudhir Sehrawat (Community practice)
- Ruth Mitchell (Community practice)
- Jamie Hayes (Any sector)
- Phil Parr(Casual vacancy, any sector)

The newly-elected board members will take office as one minute past midnight on 22nd June in England, 14th June in Scotland, and 20thJune in Wales.
