The Centre for Pharmacy Postgraduate Education has made available a new e-learning programme focussing on effective workplace training, developed and provided by the Northern Ireland Centre for Pharmacy Learning and Development.
The programme aims to equip learners with the knowledge required to provide effective workplace training by explaining theoretical concepts underpinning work-based learning.
It also covers various factors contributing to effective training such as learning styles, assessing performance, providing constructive feedback, as well as identifying and resolving problems.
